Chrome extension activation

• Confirm you subscribed with the same email you use for the extension.
• Open the AUTO411 side panel in Chrome and sign in if prompted.
• If results do not load, reload the page, reopen the side panel, and try the lookup again.
• Still stuck? Email us with your account email and what you see in the panel.

Subscription and billing

• AUTO411 GOLD is $39/month. Cancel anytime.
• For receipt copies, plan changes or cancellation help, email simon@411specs.com.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

VIN and vehicle lookup help

• Check that a VIN is exactly 17 characters before submitting.
• If GOLD asks for engine, trim or drivetrain details, add them. It asks rather than guessing.
• Coverage varies by vehicle, configuration and data category. GOLD only displays data that meets the publication rules.
